Think of Joyflo more as an on-the-ball, independent member of your team who requires no hiring effort, costs the fraction of the price of an employee or agency, and delivers only the most expedient, intentional, and quality design and Webflow development work.

Joyflo is a one woman show! That means you'll work directly with the founder - Rebecca Lowe. She will, indeed, be an invaluable extension of your team!

Periodically, support will be outsourced to qualified designers and developers on an ad-hoc basis.

Great question! As you've probably already noticed, Joyflo is not a massive corporation with a team of Designers. When you sign up for a partnership plan you'll be working directly with me, the Founder - Rebecca Lowe.

Because of this business operation and modal, I have a strict process in place where I cap partnership plan signups to 5, ensuring that my work and communication stays top of the line, while production stays swift!

Partnership plans allow you to queue as many requests as you’d like! Each time a request is completed, the next request in the queue will be moved to ‘active’ and will be delivered to you ASAP.

Standard plans permit one active request at a time, whereas pro plans enable two simultaneous requests.

When you join Joyflo, you'll be assigned a personal Trello board, where you and your team can add all your requests. 

There's a ton of flexibility here. Whether you want to share a Google document, a Notion task or a Loom video, as long as you can link to it in your assigned Trello board, it's all good!

This all depends on the request. Smaller requests are usually done within 1-24 (business) hours, while larger requests can take longer. Please book a call to learn more.

For our partnership plans, yes! I am happy to keep revising your designs until you are 100% satisfied and grinning from ear to ear.

That is totally fine! Once you join Joyflo, I’ll personally guide you through the process of setting up a Webflow account.
